Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at dalvera.info (“the website”) and the dietary guidance consultation services offered by Dalvera (“the practice”, “we”, “us”), a dietary guidance consultancy registered and operating in Bucharest, Romania.
By visiting this website, submitting a contact form, or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
What Dalvera Provides
Dalvera provides individual dietary guidance consultations, seasonal food planning, and written nutritional recommendations. The services are designed for adults seeking informed, documented support for healthy eating, balanced food choices, active lifestyle habits, and body weight awareness.
Dalvera products and consultation outputs fall within the food and dietary guidance category. They are formulated to support a balanced daily diet and complement a varied nutritional approach. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
Ingredient profiles in Dalvera supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.
Dalvera products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories. The dietary guidance and seasonal plans produced through consultation are written recommendations based on documented food intake review; they complement individual professional assessment in cases of specific health requirements.

Booking, Cancellation, and Session Conduct
Consultations are confirmed by written communication from Dalvera following submission of an enquiry. A consultation is considered booked once both parties have agreed on a date, time, and format (in-person or remote).
Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation charge. Emergency circumstances are handled at the practice’s discretion.
Clients are asked to complete a 7-day food intake log prior to the initial consultation. The quality of the session output is directly related to the accuracy of this record. Dalvera accepts no responsibility for guidance based on incomplete or inaccurate intake information provided by the client.
Written dietary guidance notes and seasonal plans produced during a consultation are intended for the personal use of the client to whom they are addressed. They may not be shared, published, or adapted for commercial purposes without written consent from Dalvera.

Individual outcomes vary. Dalvera accepts no liability for outcomes arising from the application of dietary guidance where the intake information on which it was based was incomplete, inaccurate, or where the guidance was applied outside the context for which it was prepared.
Nothing in these Terms limits Dalvera’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian law.
